Mother and Baby Company Partners with Porn Star Asa Akira For NSFW Instructional Videos for Women

Mother and baby company, Frida, recently hired pornstar Asa Akira, to help create videos demonstrating its products on its new uncensored website, Frida Uncovered. The website features uncensored "how-to" videos like "How To Do An At-Home Insemination," "How To Do A Prenatal Perineal Massage," and "How To Soothe Engorged Breasts," with more promised coming soon. In addition to being a pornstar, Asa is a mother of two, and completely comfortable showing her body and face on camera. And she reportedly said, as her reasons for shooting with Frida, ''We deserve to know about our bodies." On April 10, 2024, Frida announced

I'm Chelsea and CEO of Frida. Our brand is no stranger to censorship when it comes to women's health. Almost all of the mainstream media that we've tried to advertise on: Censored. Censored. Censored. Worst of all on social media. Our whole lives we're tight how not to get pregnant. The website helps women learn about the products. And instead of the company using various euphemisms and props to comply with social media nudity guidelines, the website dispenses with all that, Asa giving pretty detailed instruction and explicit video demonstration. “I’m going to be using this semen here,” Asa says in one video, as she lies back and slides an insemination applicator inside her vagina. “It’s actually just like inserting a tampon,” she adds, while pushing the device deeper toward the uterus. “It’s super easy to do with one hand.” Even though its leading lady is a pornstar, the videos are not pornographic, but educational. Still, they are making some headlines for educational videos.
