Britney Spears, 42, continues to raise speculation of mental health concerns, as she recently posted a video on her Instagram page of herself on Thursday, fully nude wiggling in the shallows of a tropical-looking beach. She wore only sunglasses and a gold chain, laying on her stomach. She aptly titled it "Hellow to my ass !!!". But that was the edited version. According to the Daily Mail, she first wrote, “Raised my ass a little higher so I have more booty!!! Thinking of getting injections on my ass to make it fuller like that.”

She later posted another video, entitled, "Thinking of getting a tongue 👅 ring !!!" So expect changes coming soon.
